The Z.NANCHI Hopper Pump is specifically designed and developed to handle harsh media transportation conditions. This series of pumps excels in delivering low flow, high viscosity, and high solid content media, including dehydrated sludge, concentrated sludge, and concentrated pulp.
The hopper size of the pump can be customized according to customer requirements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
The NT Hopper Pump offers a direct connection design, which can be optionally equipped with a bearing frame design. This compact and simple structure reduces length, weight, and footprint, resulting in lower usage and maintenance costs. It provides a capacity of 100 m³/h and a pressure of either 2.4MPa or 4.8MPa.
It is suitable for transporting various Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids with different viscosities and solid contents in industries such as sewage, food, and chemical. It is also capable of handling non-bridged semi-solid media like concentrated sludge, dewatered sludge, and concentrated pulp.
The NT Hopper Pump with Bridge Breaking Device is designed to prevent bridging phenomena that can occur with media having poor flowability, such as dehydrated sludge. Bridging can cause blockages and clumping at the pump suction, leading to dry running of the stator and pump damage. This pump offers a capacity of 100 m³/h and a pressure of 4.8MPa.
It is suitable for conveying various media with different viscosities, solid contents, and bridging phenomena in industries such as sewage, food, and chemical.
